"Build a home again?" This question was almost frightening to consider after our last building experience. Our decision to build again was made with a bit of concern. We were also living out of state at the time we were making the decision, so this would be a long distance relationship and long distant communication.

After finding a realtor we completely trusted he set up a meeting with Chip Kinzler as a potential builder. Chip shared with us a few floor plans and even arranged for David and I to tour two of the homes he had built (similar to what we were looking for). Since we lived out of state we rarely saw the progress of our home but we were kept appraised of the progress with pictures, emails and phone calls.

Words we use to describe Chip and the process: Professional, committed, perfectionist, excellent quality of work, friendly, coordination, open communication, detail orientated, flexibility, awesome finish carpenter, entrust with large sums of money, expected sub-contractors just as committed, and last but not least Chip is honest.

After the build was over David and I reflected on the experience. We realized our experience with Chip Kinzler was like working with a good friend. Working with one who you know they will listen to the good and bad, give honest opinions, come through for you, and does what they say they will do. We have been more than 100% satisfied with our home. We unconditionally recommend Chip Kinzler for any construction needs. As one says, "actions speak louder than words" so just come over and take a look at our home!

The experience of building a new home is one of the most exciting ventures a family can enjoy together. Our experience was not only enjoyed by our family but Chip entered in the activity as a participating expert.

His perspective was very important to our feeling of thorough planning and good decision making. His experience was especially helpful in thinking through the consequence of our choices. He had examples of his work to help us feel confident and the talent to be creative when we needed ideas.

His ability to communicate his needs and how that affected our choices and his ability to help us think through our needs and how that effected our budget was amazing. He was patient but prudent and effective but careful in solving problems and finding solutions that produced the product we were looking for in our home.
